Scoped in writing before work starts. The price moves only when the scope does, and a scope change is a document you sign.
Staged payment
Three stages against witnessed milestones. The final stage falls due when the intellectual property transfers to you.
Code custody
Your code is held on our own machines and private infrastructure throughout. It is never placed on a third-party hosted repository.
Evidence
Each stage closes on a written evidence document with cited test results and review findings, not a status call.
A short description of the situation is enough. We reply within two working days with a view on whether we are the right company and what the first step would be.
